How to Measure Your Hot Tub

We only need 3 numbers, in inches. Stand in front of your tub, facing the side where you want the cover to fold open.

  1. A: Length (side to side). Measure left to right across the widest outside edge of the tub. This runs parallel to the fold line.
  2. B: Width (front to back). Measure from the front edge to the back edge at the widest outside points.
  3. C: Corner radius. How rounded the corners are. Lay a straight edge along two sides so they meet at a point, then measure from that point to where the curve starts.
Tips: Measure the tub, not the old cover (old covers stretch and warp). Use decimals for fractions, so 88 3/4" is 88.75. Not sure about the radius? Text a photo of one corner with a tape measure to 603-231-1703 and we'll figure it out.

How much does a replacement hot tub cover cost?

Covers start at $599 for warehouse pickup, $699 with home delivery, and $799 with delivery plus old cover removal. Price depends on your tub size. Adding a cover lift adds about $299.

How long does it take to get a new cover?

Covers are custom-made, so plan on about 4 weeks from the time we confirm your measurements to pickup or delivery for Gray or Mocha. Custom colors can take longer, so call for lead time. In the fall we recommend ordering early so you're covered before the first snow.

What colors are available?

We stock Gray and Mocha. If you want something different, you can choose from 18 custom colors. Call or text 603-231-1703 for a custom color quote and lead time.

Do you take away my old hot tub cover?

Yes. Choose the Delivery + Old Cover Removal package and we take your old cover away and dispose of it for you.

How long do hot tub covers last in New England?

Typically 4 to 6 years. Snow load, freezing temperatures and sun all wear covers faster here. A cover lift and regular cleaning help extend its life.

Can I get a cover for a tub you didn't deliver?

Absolutely. We can get a cover made for any brand, including Jacuzzi, Hot Spring, Sundance, Caldera, Bullfrog, Marquis, ThermoSpas and more.

What warranty comes with the cover?

Our covers carry a 5-year limited warranty on the cover shell against defects in materials and workmanship, plus a limited warranty on the foam insert. Ask us for full warranty details.
